Purpose of this Document

This document lists the vendors that Procaryote uses for processing personal data.

This document is part of Procaryote’s privacy policy and the data processing agreement between Procaryote and its professional healthcare users.

Procaryote

Procaryote refers to the SRL Procaryote, located at Boulevard du Souverain 78, 1170 Brussels, company number BE0834008968.

Data Processors

Procaryote relies on services provided by other companies to carry out its data processing activities. These companies may be considered “data processors” under applicable privacy laws.

When Procaryote engages data processors, Procaryote ensures that they are subject to data protection obligations that provide at least the same level of protection for personal data as those of its privacy policy and data processing agreement. Between you and Procaryote, Procaryote remains responsible for any act or omission of its data processors as if they were acts or omissions of Procaryote.

Data and Data Processors Used for Procaryote Applications

• Cloud Hosting: Primary hosting for all data processed in Procaryote applications - Google Cloud (European Union).

• Identity Management: Authentication receiving and storing basic information when users authenticate in our applications - Google Cloud (European Union).

• Database: Data of patients, healthcare professionals, and exchanges between patients and healthcare professionals - Google Cloud (European Union).

Processes, Data, and Data Processors Used for Other Procaryote Activities

• Emailing: Communications with Procaryote staff by email - Google Ireland Ltd (European Union).

• Document, Spreadsheet, and Presentation Writing and Sharing: Information concerning our operations to manage customer support: Production data to manage our customer support - Google Ireland Ltd (European Union).

• Internal Messaging Application: Limited data on healthcare professionals (such as name, language, gender, profession, specialty, professional identification number, phone number); limited data regarding patients for support purposes - Slack Technologies Limited, a Salesforce company (European Union).

• Data Processing for Internal Design, Prototyping, and Collaboration with Users Regarding Procaryote Products and Services: Limited identification data of healthcare professionals and research participants - Figma, Inc (United States of America).

We regularly review this document to ensure it is up-to-date and may modify it over time to reflect changes in our services and data processing activities. If we do so, we will publish an update on this web page. Please review this document for any changes, as any revised version will apply as soon as it is published by Procaryote.
